About the position

We are now looking for a junior consultant for an assignment as an administrator within Clearing for a large bank in Stockholm. The assignment lasts for six months. As part of the Clearing team, you will play a central role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the correct handling of financial transactions.

Your future responsibilities

You will work with administrative processes and be responsible for ensuring that transactions and reconciliations are carried out according to the bank's standards. The role is a perfect first step for you who are curious about the finance industry and enjoy structured work. Your main tasks include:

• Administrative handling of financial transactions, including confirmation and settlement.

• Reconciliation of accounts and control of clearing processes.

• Maintenance and documentation related to transactions and clearing.

• Collaboration with other departments to streamline routines and processes.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive in this role, it is important that you have a meticulous and structured personality. You do not need to have extensive experience, but you should have an interest in finance and be driven to learn new systems and processes. We would like you to:

• Have good administrative skills and an education in finance.

• Be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both in writing and verbally.

• Be structured, responsible, and have an eye for detail.

We consider it an advantage if you have prior experience from a bank.
